Inhouse was founded in 2007. The mission, since the beginning, has been "to make a positive impact on Scotland's social environment by providing progressive, personable, and professional services".

Inhouse is now a Real Living Wage Employer and a member of the Security Industry Authority's Approved Contractor Scheme. The company has achieved these milestones by sticking to our values and working towards key objectives which guide our actions and decision-making.

We are privileged to work with many iconic and influential venues in Glasgow, as well as fantastic events throughout the country. Our growth over the years has been exclusively through word of mouth. Our reputation is something we are proud of, and work very hard to maintain.

Chet Capkiner
(Founder/ Director)

Founder and Director at Inhouse. 18 years in the events sector. Worked across all aspects of the entertainments industry. Chet studied at the International School of Crowd Management and is a professional event and security management consultant and is a venue, event and security consultant... Chet is taking the lead on business development including venue management, production and programming for Queen's Park Arena and The Savings Bank.

Ryan Gemmell MSyl
(Managing Director)

Ryan first joined Inhouse in 2014 whilst studying at University. After leaving education and having success in the role of Operations Manager, Ryan qualified as a trainer of Security and Health and Safety courses, and created the Inhouse Training Centre. After time away from the company working as a Safety and Security Manager on some of the biggest events and venues in the country, and studying to gain industry qualifications, Ryan returned to Inhouse Stewards Ltd in 2023, taking on the role of Managing Director. Ryan is a member of The Security Institute, IOSH, UK Crowd Management Association, and The Global Crowd Management Alliance.
